"Nice stay at this hotel - overall the decor is a tad dated and could do with an uplift but hit said not take from the overall comfy and cosy stay and experience. Quality of bedding was excellent and I have to commend all and every staff I dealt with from check in through to breakfast staff and evening ba staff ( Harrys Bar) - everyone was super helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. "Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "
