Lynwood is a stunning double-block property in the heart of Blackheath, set amongst beautiful established gardens and mature trees that can be enjoyed from every room. Ideal for families or groups, this home features two comfortable lounge rooms, a large north-facing deck perfect for B B Qs, and a separate games room with a half-size billiard table, board games, toys, and books. Relax indoors with multiple TVs, Xbox 360, and a universal speaker system, or unwind outdoors while enjoying the serene garden and birdlife.

The property sits opposite the 11th tee of Blackheath Golf Club, with the Club House just a short walk away, and is only five minutes’ drive from the Hydro Majestic in Medlow Bath. Bushwalks, bike tracks, and scenic lookouts are within easy reach, offering the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

Lynwood sleeps up to eight guests with three bedrooms and a sofa bed. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while two additional bedrooms and a main bathroom with bath, shower, and towel warmers provide ample space for families. A modern kitchen, dining area, and fully-equipped laundry make long stays easy.

Lynwood was a lovely quiet spot and suited all of us. Close to the shops & restaurants. Plenty of cutlery ect in the kitchen. The only thing is the main bathrooms shower leaks quite a lot. The shower door doesn’t seem to close properly.

very comfortable well appointed with nice furniture etc pretty coffee cups. Felt that the house owners had been generous hosts. Only problem was blocked sewage until the plumbers turned up and fixed it

Shady oasis in Black Heath

The house is excellent for families with 3 bedrooms, lounge and a wonderful sun room plus a games room. It is a short distance from the beautiful golf club. We look forward to staying there again.

Perfect mountain stay

We had a fabulous time at Lynwood Gardens. Central heating, board games for the kids, DVDs, newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms, it was perfectly set up for two families. We stayed super cosy on a cold weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. Hope to come back again to see the garden in spring.

Fabulous - so spacious and lightfilled - every room had huge expanses of windows but still maintaining privacy. Exceptionally well appointed - just like home - didn't need a thing - everything was provided - from ample blankets and linen to kitchen staples and utensils. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, and the garden was beautiful - flowers in bloom from every window. The owners have obviously given a lot of thought in to making the house perfect. Excellent family friendly property

We spent a few nights at Lynwood in Blackheath and were amazed at the level of comfort, cleanliness and amentities supplied. The kids had a blast playing the xbox in the separate room as well as the pool table in the games room. I know we will be back here again

Clean, Tidy, Great Heating.

Had a great time at Lynwood. Love the spacious floor plan. The agent who rents it made everything really easy and straight forward as our stay was a last minute booking. Very clean property, can fault it, will definately stay again.

Perfect family house

We had a great stay at Lynwood. The owner has been very thoughtful in fitting out the home, from thr awesome kitchen and very classy bathrooms down to the basic kitchen supplies like sauce, jam, vegemite etc... The kids loved the pool room, and the back lounge was a great spot for them to hang out in their own space. Location is very quiet, and only 10 mins from Katoomba. Govetts Leap, only a few minutes away, is well worth a look. Definitely stay here again for our next trip.
