Overall It was ok. There is nothing really much to complain about. For $250/night can accommodate up to 13 people that is really good deal.

Liked: Staff & service
great venue for large groups/family reunions, etc.
Lovely old art deco house with lots of room for extended family, needs a little bit of maintenence but we didn't mind that. Blackheath is a great base for exploring the Blue Mountains. NOTE...you need to bring your own linen or hire it from manager...WE DID NOT KNOW THIS AS IT WASN'T STATED ON WOTIF (but when I checked other booking engines it WAS stated...THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH, WOTIF). Apart from that glitch (fault of Wotif) we loved it.
Facilities: Good, Nice , Above average; Value: Great deal, Bargain, A steal; Service: Professional; Cleanliness: Pleasant, Delightful, Lovely;
Close to shops and cafes.

Facilities: Everyday, 2 doubles were queens; Service: not applicable; Cleanliness: loose tiles in bathroom;
Suitable for a large group, which can accomodate up to 13 persons.
Need time to heat up the house in winter. It's really cold in the Blue Mountain region ~~ A good base to visit Blue Mountain !
