"Location location location, perfect. Beach access very close by. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. Pets are welcome. We took our small dog who is used to being inside so we covered the couch with quilt covers. Everything provided and owner very welcoming. No complaints"

A 3 min walk to the beach. Glimpses of water from the windows and full sun in the morning. Our only issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. If you like a floor as a bed you will love this one, other than that everything was absolute perfection."

"Beautiful view and lovely little house in a quiet peaceful spot close to beach, boat ramp and 5 min drive to township. The double bed was fine for 3 nights but I would not have wanted to sleep on it anymore nights as our backs were getting sore. Overall would reccomend this property."

"Lovely property in great location but the property not cleaned adequately. Barbecue,coffee table,glass sliding doors were dirty and dog faecies on front yard red rocks."

"We stayed at Dune Sea in Black Point and were very disappointed, as the property did not match its listing. Although described as “newly built,” the exterior looked unfinished, with builder’s plastic still attached, rubble scattered around, and a pallet being used as a step.The rear yard shown online as a usable outdoor area was just dirt and weeds. Our 13‑year‑old brought outdoor games but the space was completely unusable. Being a beachfront house, an outdoor rinse area is essential, yet the only tap sits in the dirt. We even had to buy a hose just to rinse off sand.Inside, the biggest issue was the extremely poor water pressure. Although advertised with multiple bathrooms for six guests, only one person can shower at a time—any other tap running makes the upstairs shower unusable. This made basic routines difficult and frustrating.The listing also claimed a six‑burner hooded BBQ, which simply wasn’t provided.There is also no washing line—only a tiny clothes horse that can’t hold beach towels or bathers, making the supplied washing machine impractical for a beach stay.Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for families or anyone seeking a functional beach holiday."

Lots of areas for board games & movie watching. OK views from both top balcony's.Comfortable outdoor furniture made watching sunrises a special experience.Nice walks to the beach.Irritations:Garage roller door not working which hindered access on arrival, not what you want after a long car journey. Had to open and close it manually once we figured out we could do so.Upstairs lounge Sony DVD player did not have a Sony remote & generic remote provided didn't sync after multiple attempts.Multiple bulb outages but no spare bulbs.Torch did not have batteries.Kitchen clock battery holder rusted out so no clock. Lounge sliding door rattled badly in windy conditions.Neighbors dogs barked loudly when owners not home which made arriving at and leaving the property unpleasant.Overall a value for money and nice holiday home, great for families with kids, we had a nice time away."
