"Spent a week here with my wife. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is a .7mi walk to the North end of Scarborough state beach. This is the more secluded end of the beach about 1500ft from the beach pavilion. It's nice not to have to drive and pay for parking. Check in and interaction with the host was fine. There were some maintenance issues that weren't disclosed ahead of time. One of the indoor shower doors was broken, so we only had one indoor and the outdoor shower to use. Since it was just 2 of us, this didn't pose a problem, but could be an issue if you have a full house. The sliding glass and screen doors to the backyard were very sticky and hard to open/close. This kind of hindered our enjoyment of the backyard. Again, not a huge deal for us, but if you're the kind of group that is buzzing from indoors to outdoors it could be a problem. Digital lock on laundry room door wasn't working, so we used a key the whole time. If you have a big group that needs in/out access, this could be an issue with only 2 keys.I'm sure the host will have these issues fixed soon. "
