"This was the PERFECT location for my husband's 50th birthday with 5 couples. The house had rooms for all of us and it's clean and beautiful. The ocean view from almost every window is spectacular. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, watch surfers, go to Ocean Mist and Boone Street and hang out in Newport at night. I highly recommend and Im very picky!"

"The stay was quiet and peaceful, just what we expected from our previous stays at 135 Saltaire Ave. For being in a community of houses, the location, with its marsh view, seems remarkably solitary, again something we learned to appreciate in our previous stays. We put a few suggestions about eating-ware and other amenities in the guest book. But it was a marvelous vacation!"

"Lovely older home with enough windows to bring in the light. Well thought out design.Only drawback was that some of the electeic receptacles had power either in the top plug in or thebottom, but not both. That did concern us as itmeans the old wiring has separated from from the plugs. This could cause a short and a fire.Everything else was wonderful. A/C, outdoor shower, deck and table and chairs. Could use a railing or something around the window well next to the house in the driveway.The house was close to everything we wanted to see. Lovely kitchen. Well thought out decor."
