"The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. 20 seconds from the hotel you can walk the paths along the lake and it is beautiful. Two stops away from Kyoto station. "

"Adult only hotel means a love hotel, didn’t know upon booking but rocked up and realised. Wasn’t too bad for the price but would prefer if the room was cleaned daily and if staff made more effort to engage with guests. "

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever have. Asked for non smoking and the room stunk of smoke giving me an asthma attack. Staff was not helpful, had to rebook another hotel. Very disappointed "

"Felt very luxury for the price point. Lots of guest treats including breakfast, a light meal, guest lounge with snacks and drinks and welcome drink. Highly recommend!"
"Friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk to train station entrance. There’s even a 7-11 just across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast with the nice garden view. The croissant is excellent. The public bath is not too busy so I was able to go every night that we stayed. Will definitely stay again "
"So handy for getting to transport, good food options and close to Nishiki market. Comfortable twin room where I slept well, being 6ft 5 inches I was concerned the bed may not be big enough, but it certainly was. Great AC too."
