"When we checked in our room had a strange odour. It was only when I discovered several small ants around the room that I realized the odour was an insecticide. On our last morning there were more than 100 ants on the bathroom floor which took quite a while to kill them all. At check out we rec’d an apology but nothing more. Given that this is an ongoing problem I would’ve expected more. The hotel is well located in the city and our room had a special shelf large enough to hold 2 suitcases, a great design."

"Check in was extremely disappointing. The twin room I had booked and paid extra for a month in advance was unavailable, so was given a single room next to main road. Traffic noisy all night. However I did get refund of extra payment. "

"Room was clean and spacious the property itself is outdated and if you are not staying on the ground floors there is no lift so you have to lug your suitcases upstairs, the on site food outlets were shut. It’s in a good central position "
