"This place is a health and safety hazard, run downown and eekie. Slippery staircase with rusty frames and cracked concrete to get to the room. In room: blood stains and other sticky stuff on carpet, holes in carpet and wall, filthy toilet roll holder, toilet brush had a lot of wet toilet paper on it, shower caddy falling part, fan was filthy, rusty piece of metal sticking out of patched wardrobe. Person checking us in was very rude, place was very noisy, people (guests or workers) yelling and arguing in carpark at 4am, light on all night by window so very bright in room. All beds were very uncomfortable, sit on it and you touch the base, or try another and feel the springs dig in your back. This place should not be on expedia or any other platform. Photos are not accurate, the first photo shown is actually of a mall across the road which is deceiving. When I showed the person and asked where that was she looked very surprised....."

"The owner was very kind, the room was clean with comfortable beds and had more amenities than advertised (hairdryer, iron & ironing board). There is also express checkout and free parking. The aircon hasn’t been used in a while as some black specks blew out of it but it functioned well."

"The breakfast menu was lukewarm, and the plates were not washed properly; food was still stuck to them, so they were just swapped over. Staff were pleasant."

"Spacious, comfortable, a little noisy, but that’s the area. Excellent service. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walking to Convention Centre, Pac Fair and restaurants. "

"We booked here for a Pet Freindly stay to see if our dachshund would cope being a traveller. Well from the moment we booked communication was brilliant with the team about their needs for the dog and our needs of them. On arrival a friendly greeting from Ellie and checked in quickly. A small mini bar in the foyer, a book exchange and a morning coffee cart. In the pet friendly 1 bedroom was a dog bed, bowls, bluey mats, bags, treats and a toy. A welcome pup menu with different pup treats and pupcinno's.....this is a well oiled gig! Our girl had lots of pats from the staff. Everyone throughout the property was always happy and smiling and very efficient right down to text messaging to get information to guests each day. The room itself being well thought out with everything you could need. And the personal courtyard such a brilliant concept with pets. As a travel agent it has ticked all boxes for an apartment block."
