"Fabulous place. Host was responsive, not that we needed anything. The property is well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again.The only thing (and I feel bad for saying anything negative because it really is a wonderful place) is that the beds are queens, not kings. Didn't matter for us, but I do know some people who need king size beds, which is what's on the listing."

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and evening meal. Lovely garden which we sat out in to have drinks. Plenty of parking. In a beautiful village which was a perfect location for the area we wanted to explore. Would stay again and would recommend."

"A beautiful well equipped cottage. Very cosy beds, comfortable sofa and chairs. Warm throughout cottage with night storage heaters in lounge, fan heaters in bathroom & kitchen, also a log burner in lounge, with logs supplied. Lovely enclosed garden to rear with laundry room in garden close to cottage. Everything you would require in a kitchen is supplied. Double bed and two single beds.Bath with electric shower. Parking directly outside front wall of cottage.Excellent location to visit the beaches, forests towns, villages, Sandringham etcFriendly village with a lovely Spar shop to get your local supplies. Highly recommend"

"This is a lovely property let down by general maintenance. Pro’s; Plentiful hot water, very comfy beds, good quality linens and towels, quick wi-fi, well equipped kitchen, comfy seating, location to areas of interest, well stocked local shop.Con’s; Situated on a very busy road and junction, stairs to attic bedroom a lot steeper and narrower than anticipated from the description, the skylight blinds didn’t close, no locks on bathroom doors, very wobbly toilet seats and taps, kitchen window handle broken, no parking, the outside of the property was very untidy with some very big weeds and dirty windows and paintwork, the front door latch didn’t engage properly and required some attention.Also to note that was that the Rooks were nesting in the trees opposite and were very active at around 9pm and 4.30am! We appreciate that this is nature and didn’t cause us an issue but if you were trying to settle younger children it would be something to consider."
