Most of the time there was no hot water, sometimes like warm at best. 4. There was this horrible annoying noise like a pump or motor going on/off 24x7, when we asked the front desk what the noise was they claimed it was music coming from a bar behind their building…..really. 5. Breakfast/buffet was good, although could use some more variety. 6. Some of the staff were great, but some (front desk or beach restaurant) not very friendly"

"We stayed 6 nights. Had problems with toilet since we arrived. There is animal droppings in shower daily. No T.V in room. Daily breakfast was delicious. Distance from centro restaurants is far. 30 min walking but taxis available often 150 pesos each way to centro restaurants. Hammocks and beach area are beautiful. "
