The hotel was ok, service was terrible. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all, there seemed to be a luck of training when it came to customer service. When you check in they hold a $ amount on your credit card and they have your information, which is standard for every hotel. This place was terrible, every time you order at the restaurant or bar employees will follow you around with your bill, if you were enjoying the beach they will get you out of the water to have you sign your bill. I was with a group of 13 people and we all experienced the same bad customer service. The food isn’t bad for one day or snacks but do not plan on eating there every day of your stay. They have a sushi restaurant, you expect a little more taste for the prices they charge.
