Very simple, beautiful property. One of the best breakfast services we've experienced. Breakfast specials are amazing, each morning we look forward to the special of the day. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at Punta Caliza was nothing short of incredible! The staff was so sweet and so attentive. They knew everything about us and were so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was incredible, dinner at the hotel was amazing too (try the fish of the day), and the beach bar was our highlight (get the shrimp tacos and mezcalitas). We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later!

The room is nice, though relatively small. The staff were excellent. The included breakfasts were outstanding and we had dinner in the restaurant once as well the food was excellent. Overall a very good value. Thanks!

We loved our stay! The staff are amazing, it feels like a little oasis with an easy walk to centre town and the beach club. The breakfast was incredible and you have to have the coconut milk iced coffee in the morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Punta Caliza! The hotel was the perfect blend of boho and chic accommodations and the staff was absolutely wonderful! The staff knew us by name and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and the beach club had great ceviche. Our only disappointment was that the pool was a bit cold so we didn’t end up using that amenity. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely 10/10. Beautiful property with such attention to design details. Amazing location steps from the beach, with a hotel beach club as well where you can use their chairs for free. All the staff were incredible, so kind, polite and attentive. The food and drinks were phenomenal and some of the best we had on the island. Thank you and we will be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing, especially Max and Julie who knew us by name day one. Julie provided us with recommendations to great local spots and kept us informed on fun local events to check out. The included breakfast was delicious. The beach club was in a great location and just a short walk away. The bar and restaurant service at the beach club was also lovely. The location of the hotel overall is great. It's a bit of a quieter spot than right down town, but it's a short walk or taxi to get there if you want. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Punta Caliza is other worldly, a delightful escape from the pace of everyday life. It’s one of those places you don’t really want to tell too many people about, keep it a secret! July, Max, Leo and the entire team were incredibly accommodating prior to and throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable, amazing shower. The highlight is the central pool with private access from each room. Breakfast each morning was unique and tasty. We had dinner a few times at the hotel and enjoyed the entire menu (and the cocktails!) Caliza has its own beach club about 5min walk away, never too busy and great cocktails. We will return again!

Short version, we loved it! Highly recommended! Here's the long version: - The Hotel The hotel is beautiful, small, private, and the architecture is very original, with every room accessing directly the pool. It is located very close to the town center but far enough to be quiet. - The Breakfast It was, by far, the best "included breakfast" we have had in any hotel. The dishes were not the tipical "egg" options but traditional mexican dishes (Papatzules, enmoladas, Kastakan, etc.) perfectly prepared. - Staff We felt "taken care off" at all times. Staff was not only attentive and helpful but went out of their way to anticipate your needs depending on the tours you were taking (transportation, breakfast to go, towels and repelent, etc.) In summary, one of our best hotels experiences in the world, rivaling world class hospitality in the top hotels and luxury chains.

Hotel itself and hotel room were beautiful, clean and unique. Hotel was 2 min walk from stunning beach and 5-10 min walk from town. 3 min taxi drive from the port. Really ideal location. Traditional Mexican dishes to try for breakfast each morning which was so nice and fun. Staff were always really friendly and helpful and spoke amazing English (and tried to help us with our Spanish!). We can’t remember the lady’s name with the brown hair (sorry!!) but she was great - thank you so much for all your help we really appreciate it. Overall can’t fault our stay we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful place to make memories with the family! The 7 of us stayed at Punta Caliza for 11 blissful days. What a dream:) The staff and ambiance were incredible!! Such a zen setting. The rooms were cool with a/c, and they had various shades to adjust for light levels. The beds were very comfortable. The architecture, complete with private dipping pool and large main pool, was so inviting. The food was amazing - those breakfasts were so good! The service from the staff at the hotel and at the beach club was exceptional! Thank you so very much to Max, Irvine, July, Leo, Diego, and the other amazing guy at the beach club - plus others on staff - all of you, so wonderful! Thanks for looking after us, from start to finish, for a fantastic experience, Max! You are amazing! Even prior to our stay, communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We wish we were back at Punta Caliza again, already! Definitely book this place. You won't regret it. We plan to return asap:)
