"We spent 2 nights at Ilunion and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The only noise we would hear at night were the other guests closing their doors as they did not close softly. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with lots of storage for our toiletries. The hotel is very close to the football stadium so there were many sports fan in for the game. It is also well located to all sites as well as the bus and train stations."

"Parking and Breakfast"

"Clean and comfortable rooms but amenities such as pool we had to pay to a third party, this was a misrepresentation of the hotel pricing ! "

"The bathroom was a wet room as the room allocated was for disabled persons and hence the water covered the entire floor. It was quite disgusting. Breakfast selection was very good. The bar had just one staff member at 4.30pm, so the waiting time to be served was 20mins. Poor staffing for a 350 room hotel. "

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."

"Very good choice when you need to be near the airport, also even if you have to visit the casco viejo of Bilbao few days because you may use the hotel shuttle to the airport and then take a non - stop bus from the airport to casco viejo for 5 euros and be there in a few minutes. The hotel is clean, quiet and there is a good restaurant walking distance. We would stay again."

"This is where I stay every time I come to Bilbao for work. It hits the sweet spot of great location and value. The rooms are large, the service is always excellent and the beds are comfortable. Ask for a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience."
