"Excellent value for money. The entrance staircase is challenging but very scenic. However, it really depends on the person... for us (44 years old guy with a 20kg luggage) it wasn’t a problem, honestly. The room was very good, with excellent beds and pillows, as well as soundproofing (if the windows weren’t soundproofed, it would be hard to sleep... so that’s a positive!). The only drawback was the bathroom, with a very inconvenient sink. Overall, an excellent place to stay for breathing...

"Nice hotel in an easy access area"

"The apartment is large and clean and well appointed. Elevator access. Location is in a small square across the river from the old town. Not in the old town as indicated on the VRBO map. Just a few minutes walk across the old bridge to the church and the market. Limited parking in Bilbao. I used the train station - expensive, and dodgey. The immediate area up from San Fransisko street is a bit dodgey. Exercise caution when passing through this area."
