Beautiful Riverfront Getaway in the Cascade Mountains
10/10 Excellent
"I cant say enough GREAT things. My favorite rental so far. Location: most beautiful place ive ever stayed. Cutest town I've ever visited. The cabin itself was well thought out and felt like HOME. Easy to check in and park. The owners were nice enough to provide items such as shower products and that meant a lot. Everything was well taken care of: bidets, hot tub, fire pit, grill, all the outdoor equipment, towels were nice and thick AC unit when necessary etc. There were bicycles! Highlight was riding bikes around the town in the PM. Recommendation if you are people who eat out like me instead of cook in a semi-limited area: The Bush Inn served dinner Sat & Sun night, Louskis Deli came in handy many days for lunch/early dinner, Ricos Pizza for another dinner. Places close early - eat early. The General Store had firewood for us and beer for purchase. Espresso Chalet was right on the main road. OH! And the hikes nearby! Did Bridal Veil Falls, Wallace Falls State Park, Big Eddy Swim Hole. Was only 1.5 hr from Leavenworth that was a great day trip. I did the 2.5 hour drive to Lake Chelan (but honestly it was more relaxing staying by the water at the VRBO Chelan was just on the visit list). I have shared this place with all my Georgia folks. This was a dream come true. I really hope I get to visit again one day. Flying across the country for this cabin & Index was so very much worth it."
"This cabin was amazing! The location on the river was beautiful. There were many activities to do nearby. I love the decor inside the cabin and the view from the bedroom was spectacular."
"A charming place with a nice restaurant, which was unfortunately only open on weekends. Coffee, too, was only available on 2 of the 5 days I stayed there and Index itself has little or no other amenities. I would suggest they put small coffee stations in the rooms!"
"Everything about this stay was spectacular, from the view to the overall condition of the property itself. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for having us!"
Jaybird Cabin- Tiny home with huge riverfront & mountain views!
8/10 Good
"Gorgeous location with amazing views from the back deck and hot tub! We were disappointed with difficulty finding the river access because the check-in pamphlet directions were vague and not up to date. The cabin is cozy and definitely for only two people. Overall, beautiful and cozy place with all necessary amenities!"
