Stayed at 9 places so far and this one is the bomb. Reason i did not want to give a great review is i may never get to book because this is a gem and when people see that no more available days lol. "Your employees were fantastic! The first night the air conditioner didn't keep the room cool. The people at the front desk were very professional and extremely helpful. Saturday morning some one fixed the AC, and it kept us cool the rest of the weekend. We will definitely book a room next year!!"

Only recommendation we have for the host is supplying a new queen mattress for the upstairs loft bedroom. Current mattress has seen better days/nights, is overly soft, and sages in the middle. All other property amenities were exceptional!"

"This new property is a Little Red River gem! My husband and I rented for our anniversary then invited friends to join us for an evening in the separate, upstairs suite. We had a great time and caught a handful of trout. The location near Pangburn kept boaters disturbing the river to a minimum. Highly recommend!"
