Delightful Log Cottage on the Little Red River with hot tub.

The River House is a delightful place to go for a weekend getaway or a more extended vacation. It's a quaint log structure with pleasant decor. It's nice floorplan allows guests to enjoy comfortable group gatherings as well as cozy bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare complete meals. There are TVs in each bedroom as well as a larger TV in the common area. Live TV or streaming is provided through WiFi that comes in on fiber-optic cable, so it is both reliable and fast. It's great for recreational activity or checking in on work.

There's a private patio space outdoors that's well suited for grilling on the charcoal or gas grills or hanging out by the fire pit. Next to the patio is a covered hot tub where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the evening.

There's both a screened-in porch and a deck that extends out toward the river and they each provide excellent river views. The dock is in good shape and it provides an easy place to catch and clean fish. There is also a platform on the dock that allows easy access to canoes or kayaks.

The owners regularly stay at The River House and are very sensitive to what will enhance the comfort and enjoyment of the property. The property is managed by the owners, and they are very attentive to whatever concerns may arise during your stay. The River House is far enough out from town to provide the calm of natural surroundings, but it's close enough to allow great convenience. A commercial river marina with fishing guide service is a five minute drive away, and a full-service marina on Greers Ferry Lake is fifteen minutes away. This place has all you need to provide a truly enjoyable experience!

Great Getaway Cabin on the River

Lovely Cabin on the river with well equipped kitchen, hot tub, dock, firepit and grills. Very comfortable and roomy. If you need to use central air, switch on from thermostat. We caught trout from the dock. Definitely plan on staying there again! The firepit, gas and charcoal grills were a definite plus!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin on the Little Red River. Everything about our stay was perfect. We especially enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeders and relaxing in the hot tub. We would love to come back!

Perfect river cabin!

Our stay in this cabin was perfect! Plenty of space, super clean and comfortable. The fishing off the dock, swings, hot tub and fire pit provided great entertainment for my family with two kids. We will most definitely be returning!

Excellent cabin-house

We had a wonderful stay for one week. The location was perfect. The cabin home was very clean, kitchen well stocked and all bedrooms were very comfortable. This has everything you would need. I look forward to booking the same home next trip here.

We stay at this house every year! It's in a great location and perfect for our family. It is well-stocked with kitchen items, toiletries, and laundry detergent. We caught fish off the back dock, too! We'll be back again!

Wonderful stay! Everything you need is there. Beautiful views, totally furnished, host has thought of everything. Bed was super comfortable and hot tub was icing on the cake. Trout were plentiful and property was equipped with all the extras. We will definitely be back with friends!

Great Cabin on the River

A group of us came in town for Harding Graduation. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cabin was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The outdoor areas were great. Thanks so much!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone loved the dock and even caught a few fish. The hot tub was everyone's favorite. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. The property is close enough to town and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We recommend this property and will stay again if we are back in the area.

Never disappoints!

We have stayed at this cabin multiple times! It is a beautiful part of the river. The screened back porch will always be my favorite spot! Heber Springs is a neat little town with some good places to eat and some antique shopping. We enjoyed it as we always do!

Perfect Location

We took my father-in-law and some friends for a long weekend for his birthday! The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was a convenient distance from town, making it easy to grab food or run to the store. The view was amazing, with a neat gathering area around a fire pit (with a charcoal AND gas grill), a super nice hot tub, nice screened-in porch and back deck, along with a really nice walkway to the dock. We loved our stay here and have already talked about returning! This place had everything we wanted and more!

Great property! Handicap assessable for elderly parents. Kid friendly with the hot tub and pet friendly with the screened in porch. Beautiful views of the river, and great fishing off the dock. Nice fire pit and grilling area and very quiet neighborhood.

Fall Visit to Heber Springs

We enjoyed this property very much. The house is well located close to town, is very comfortable and is very well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils and cookware, and supplies. The dock is great and we caught several trout directly off the dock. We especially enjoyed the wonderful hot tub. What a great way to relax after a busy day! The owner was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
