Quiet getaway

Anniversary Trip

This was our third visit and as always we love it. The weather was perfect, flowing river with cool breezes was so calming and soothing. The beds are the most comfy of any Heber place we’ve stayed. Communication with property manager is always great. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect Cabin on the River

We loved our stay at the cabin- perfect spot right on the river. Cabin was super clean and plenty of supplies. The river and lawn were beautiful! We hope to come back sometime when the dam isn’t generating so much - water was very high and fast. Very relaxing trip for our family!!

Access to the property was quick and easy. Great view of the river from the deck and the lawn below. Very comfortable and well-stocked. Owner/manager did not interrupt our stay (as has happened in other VRBO's we've used). Facilities were very comfortable and convenient. Only minor suggestions would be replacing the Q bed with a King and maybe adding a dishwasher.

A trip to Shangri-la

This cabin on the river is delightful. Beautiful scenery, very nice accommodations and lovely neighbors. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway.

We've been visiting Heber Springs for 12 years and this is one of our favorites. It was pristine clean, provided all necessities, super comfy beds and beautiful view of river. The quiet and peaceful setting was perfect.
