"Overall value was a 5-star. Unfortunately not a 5-star on its own. We got a great deal through Hotels.com but had we not our visit would have had different expectations. Rooms are decent, no dresser so space for clothing is limited. We enjoyed having a balcony but we couldn’t use it as recent snowfall hadn’t been cleared. The shower was great, bed was comfy. The downsides were that although they give parking passes they are not enforced so hotel patrons have to contend with restaurant goers and park visitors. Multiple laps multiple times to finally get a spot to park. More often than not the front desk was left unattended and the jacuzzi hot tub has an odd odor, not chlorinish… almost musty. All in all a good visit for a great value considering a lake view, a fireplace and needed amenities. "

"The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. It is located right next to the lake, with a nice surrounding environment. The only downside is that the exterior appearance looks rather ordinary."
