Easy level access, Boat parking, plenty of room for the whole family! Nearby the lake, grocery stores, Snow Play, Convention Center, Alpine Pedal Path, and the zoo. Just a short drive to the slopes, the Village, marinas, parks and more.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
