"Really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff."

"Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out "

"I was lucky enough to get a room with an ocean view. While it isn't the newest hotel, eating dinner while enjoying the sunset on the balcony and watching the surfers was unforgettable. It was also very nice to have a kitchen. "

"This renovated car garage in the coolest hotel! The young staff was welcoming and helpful. The panorama room has the nicest views of the blue waters and a wonderful patio to enjoy it all. The rooms are equipped with comfy beds and state-of-the-art technology throughout the room. We loved our stay so much we extended it just to stay and enjoy the hotel. It’s walking distance to all of the Biarritz points of interest. If you like modern, cool—this hotel is the place for you. "
