I don’t usually leave reviews, and I can be a little slack about doing them, but I had to write one for this place.
I’ve travelled extensively around the world, and the staff here are second to none. The location is excellent, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. I can’t thank the staff enough for how well they look after guests and make you feel welcome.
If you’re a light sleeper, there is a fair bit of noise from the street, but I think that’s common with hotels in this area. Aside from that,...

Tajaa Pha SHOULD be using a photo from their rooftop garden as their hero-pic....! It's where had a lovely breakfast each day, served by Saiendra our excellent host, and his daughter Shia. We loved this view - just far enough above the noisy maelstrom that is Kathmandu. And - in SUCH a great part of this city - Patan, the old kingdom, which we came to know quite well - from the brilliant Patan Museum, to the junior ping-pong comp we stumbled across one evening. Cannot speak highly enough - our...

Really good hotel and awesome staff. Everyone were polite and helpful during our stay. The hotel is close to the market and shops which was helpful. Overall really good experience.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of visiting Kathmandu.
Located 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Thamel, it is far enough away from the chaos but close enough to not need a taxi; we often walked from the hotel. We loved the location.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, and do their roles well.
Room was spacious enough for us to get by comfortably as we didn't intended to be in the rooms all day. Hot showers, daily cleaning and the free bottled water made life easier....

The service was fantastic. My suitcase broke and the staff didn't hesitate to help me fix it. I was really impressed with the level of service offered here. The restaurant staff were great too.

The hotel is great. Happy helpful staff and location is very convenient. They’re storing my bag while I go trekking and when my flight to the mountains was cancelled yesterday they found me another room. I’ve been in three rooms . They have been comfortable and clean. My first room had a small cleaning problem which was sorted .. and that’s a lot to say as I am a clean freak. The breakfasts are lovely with a very wide choice .

We found the Truely Asia boutique hotel in Kathmandu an excellent hotel for us.We found the room, although smallish (we were trekking with 4 back packs though ) it was extreamely clean , quiet, everything worked and was serviced daily. Awesome hot breakfast, the staff could not do enough for you. The operations manager,Kanchan, was over the top helpfull, he booked taxis for us,changed money(despite what is reviewed, the price was comparable to money changers in Kathmandu) and even walked us to an...

Whether you're looking for something romantic, like hotels with spa facilities, or are more interested in rooms better fit for a solo traveller or a group of friends, you'll find it here. What these hotels all have in common, though, is strict anti-discrimination policies and insight into some of the most popular LGBTQ-friendly activities available in town.
What are the best gay-friendly hotels in Bhaktapur like?
The best gay-friendly hotel in Bhaktapur depends on what you're looking for in accommodation. Fortunately, you can easily find what you need, thanks to the multitude of available search filters. You can filter based on amenities you may be interested in, like hot tubs or pet-friendly policies, or you can sort by star rating. You can even filter by guest reviews to show only hotels that have received predominantly high marks from previous guests. Don't forget to mark the filter for LGBTQ-friendly hotels to only show anti-discriminatory hotels in your results.
How can I find deals on Bhaktapur gay-friendly hotels?
You'll find plenty of deals on gay-friendly hotels in Bhaktapur. If you want to increase your chances of finding a deal, try booking your stay in the off-season when prices are usually cheaper. Additionally, think about what amenities you may be willing to go without to drive the price down even further. Of course, booking a short distance away from prominent attractions can be an easy way to save while still being close to public transport routes that can get you to the action easily. Just keep in mind that these are general trends rather than solid rules, as prices fluctuate all the time and can be difficult to predict.
