Locatie goed, op loopafstand van Beziers centrum, veel privacy, van mede-bewoners geen hinder (eigenaar woont ernaast). Zwembad 8*4 prive, idem BBQ en tuinzit onder mooie boom. Gastvrouw erg vriendelijk. Huis is groot, deels oud/gedateerd deels opgeknapt, hygieneniveau laag (spinnenwebben, oud ondergoed onder bed, vies.
