"I have no sense of smell but the missus said it stunk of ciggarette smoke. The facilities were good espevially a fridge and microwave we both had bedside tables with nightlights wehad a great sleep bed and pillows wete very comfortable the wife would prefer white sheets not dark blue. We had the wi dows open and the skund of the. Minster bells was lovely not to loud to wake us upparking in the nearby streets with the resident pass was easy. This is a cheap and cheerful hotel. I go away to do things not to sit in hotels this was perfect for me ladies would like more luxury maybe a womans touch i got evetything i wanted snd needed. Beverly lovely ave worth a visit friday night bank on in the nearby sun inn{queen} night food a d oubs in centre 10 minute walk."
Modern Townhouse In The Heart Of Historic Beverley

"The property is very well located. If I had any criticism it’s that the master bed is small with a poor quality mattress. Probably wouldn’t matter for a night or two but we were there for a week. I’d consider putting in a bigger bed with a better quality mattress, the room is certainly big enough. Also it had a duvet on which was too warm for the weather, again I’d have a lighter cover available. The shower hose leaks, the doors stick and there is a lot of black mold around the shower base.Comfortable sitting room and a very well equipped kitchen and dining area.Fantastic to have a washing machine available for us as we were staying a bit longer. The car port would not fit most cars, however Sarah offered to get us a permit. In the end we didn’t use it as we were able to park in a friends drive.All in it was a good stay but I just feel a little bit more care would make it outstanding."

"The property was excellent and very clean and well presented.The location is excellent for a stay in Beverley really close to all attractions and shopping.Parking is easy and convenient which is not common in Beverley. A parking permit comes with the booking and included in the cost. The only challenge was the narrow staircase to the first and second floors. This is an old Tudor-style property and has been superbly renovated but the staircase is very tight and steep. This will be a challenge if you have mobility issues. Overall our stay was outstanding value for money and exceedingly comfortable."

"Perfect cottage in perfect location. Clean, comfortable, homely, everything you need for a great stay. Lovely decor. Thoughtful welcome basket! Close to everything Beverley has to offer - history, Minster, shops, cafes, restaurants, train station, Pasture, all within walking distance. Parking outside the door was great. Going further afield was easy too - Lincoln, York, coast are all in a day trip distance. Easily accessible road links. The hosts are excellent; friendly and responsive. Can’t fault this wonderful cottage."
