"Great location, quiet, value for money and hotel bed/mattress was comfortable, however it was on a spant, as in the top of the bed was sloping backwards which i guess is due to the age of the place. Staff friendly, bed comfy, but slight little things like paint on curtains, low pressure shower and sloping bed, but for the money it is honestly spot on"

Location within easy walking distance of town centre with plenty of amenities.This is a great little flat overlooking the Minster and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.Very good communication with our host Kate for check in/check out details, parking and WiFi.Lovely town, lovely apartment, would definitely recommend "

"This is the second time my friend and I have stayed in this property and it won’t be our last! The property is situated down a quiet road within easy walking distance to the heart of the lovely town of Beverley. The property is clean and tidy and well equipped. There’s a lovely patio area to the back of the house too. The parking space, at the property, is quite tight. I have a Corsa and managed to park with a bit of manoeuvring so if you have a larger car it may be worth you asking for a permit to park further down the road. If ever I’ve had to correspond with Sara, the owner, she has been really helpful. Would recommend!"
