Rephael House Boutique Hotel

Rishon LeTsiyon
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (60)
"This is a wonderful 6 month old hotel. Breakfast was not included but they offered me food. They were having food donated i assume because of the war declaration. They were very thorough to make sure i knew where the bomb shelter was. We used it once but it may have been a false alarm. They have a small parking lot which is fantastic for Tel Aviv. The rooms were beautiful, i would have liked to have stayed longer but had to rush down south to leave the country. The surrounding area was nice...

"The staff at the property is nice. The gentleman at the front who checked me in and checked me out was so helpful. Helped me with my luggage because there is no lift. The breakfast is good too. The property itself needs improvement. Very old. The pipes had brown water coming out both sink and shower. I don’t usually complain but they said that was fine and to let it run. I couldn’t wait to check out. The lady who cleans the room was banging on my door since 9:30am to clean the room when...

"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response...

Dan Panorama Jerusalem

Rehavia
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (629)
"This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out. It’s just too inconsistent in quality to be a...

The Sephardic House

Old City
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (411)
"Location is hard to beat. In the ancient Jerusalem the Jewish Quarter. The A/c in the room was not helpful. It was keeping the room at about 26 degrees while outside were 35. In the evening we would open the windows. Even though it was 16 degrees outside and the room would cool down some, as soon as we would start the a/c it would rush back up.to 26 which made sleeping difficult. Staff couldn't help. The breakfast on Friday was outrageous. Half the size of the previous days and all the warm...
