Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at the hotel was perfect! Absolutely flawless! The service and staff was pleasant and professional. The room was amazing and indulging. The massages were intense and relaxing. The food was splendid, and there was even a great set of alternatives for vegan. The place is quiet and detaching and is a great place for a couple's vacation.

Not worth the cost

Overall the our stay was OK. We definitely won’t recommend it to friends or family.. Not value for money at all.. The food was the worst we’ve ever had.. It wasn’t made personally on demand, it was greasy and so salty, you couldn’t have more then a one bite.. The food in the buffet was a little better.. It was fresh and tasty for the most part, but always missing items - food/ plates/ glasses.. and the staff was no where to be found.. it felt like you always have to ask for the refill of things - no one was on it.. Especially on Saturday, we noticed many other guests complaining.. The room - was beautiful, but poorly maintained.. there was many bugs and insects (also bees) around the pool area, we got stung a few times..

Fantastic but expensive

Overall a Great Experience

Great service, great room and great food during breakfast and dinner. Only downsides might have been that only one type of wine was available and no beers were available on dinner. Also, room service menu was pretty limited (we used it for lunch).

Nice hotel

The hotel was clean and efficient. The all day buffet and 24 hour drinks is a nice touch. We only had breakfast which was nice. The bar fridge in our room was pretty loud and woke me up in the morning quite early. It was room 4. I notified the staff on checkout so if you a lite sleeper it is worth double checking.

A lovely, unique place in Israel, the peace and quiet record, the most indulgent place, the staff did everything they could to provide a luxurious experience, the view was great, the rooms beautiful, elegant and non-vulgar, the food fine, the pool fun. It is nice to wake up at sunrise to look at the view and come in and swim in a heated pool. In short a great place, I would definitely recommend it and I will certainly come again

Incredible location

The rooms are very spacious and pretty with a private (heated) pool and a hot tub and overlooking a great view. We had a problem with our TV which did not work the entire stay which was quite disappointing – that said, the hotel’s stuff really did their best fixing it and even gave us a free night as a compensation.
