"Great Breakfast "

"The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, children’s playgrounds, and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were attentive throughout our stay — I couldn’t fault their service. The gym is quite small and would benefit from adding some free weights rather than relying mainly on the multi-gym equipment, although there are several treadmills available. The only downside was our family room being located on the first floor. While it was spacious, it overlooked the internal part of the building, which felt quite depressing and lacked natural light. The room lighting could also be improved, particularly with the addition of a main ceiling light."

"The scrambled eggs are breakfast need a rethink. A large pot of vaguely scrambled eggs isnt very appealing. We also had a top floor room, which got very warm during the day. Probably needs some external shutters"

"The check in was really slow. There was a queue because it was taking so long, took us over half an hour to get checked in and able to access our room."

"Room was clean, spacious and modern, coffee machine and city view. Excellent breakfast buffet and sensational gym: a lage, well equipped modern training facility. Public transport directly in front of the hotel. Large car parking, although network connection (needed for EV charging) is poor on parking level -4 and definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the many EV charging spaces are worthless…"

"Very hard to find entrance from parking. We arrive late at night which we we told the hotel. I wish they told us how to get up to the hotel when we arrive late. Another couple was looking for the entrance. "
