"Horrible stay !! Not impressed at all with the property or the service . The breakfast was the worst value I have ever seen . My room was not cleaned well at all ,The water in the tub was yellow and smelled terrible I spoke to front desk about the water and they never followed up , so I then used the app to inquire about the water I got no response in 3 days. The garbage was not removed on a daily basis. The coffee was instant and was not replenished after day one, and there wasn’t even a spoon to stir the one coffee we did have. Construction started at 9 am on the button . Not impressed !! will not rebook !!"

The area feels lively and safe, which made moving around Berlin very easy. Overall, a solid choice for anyone wanting convenience and a good neighborhood atmosphere."

"Great stay. Hotel seemed well-maintained. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Air conditioning easy to adjust. Wasn't charged for luggage storage pre-check in. I had a free upgrade to a junior suite which was nice and spacious."

"I stayed a few years in a row and is a good hotel. Was let down as air con wasn’t working in my room and had to chase to get fix which wasn’t. I had to offer solution of a fan so a little let down. Everything else was good and easy stay."

"Everything was okay except getting stuck in the elevator. We used the key and it did not move at all. We waited about 5 minutes and it finally moved. Those 5 minutes felt like 10 hours. Hopefully they maintain them better. I also didnt see a emergency phone or directions in english….."

"This was a great choice for a hotel and I loved the neighborhood it was in. The transit is just down the block, and there's plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a laundromat and some small markets. The room itself was large and clean. We did not have a fridge in the room and the beds are small, but anyone who has traveled to Europe knows this is standard. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very disappointed indeed. It used to be a very nice hotel with an excellent business lounge. This, sadly has been closed. Paid extra for a business room which should have given me access to this lounge. Was at no point during the booking process told that the lounge had closed. Feel really cheated! Breakfast was only average at best. Only horrible salted scrambled eggs, jams out of an industrial bucket and croissants stale and hard. They used to have honey combs, sadly cheap very runny honey now. Lift didn't work, restaurant closed due to "unforseen circumstances", no explanations. Couldn't receive any English channels on TV, no BBC or SKY news. Carpets in the corridors had big stains. No decaf coffee in the room. People allowed to smoke on their balconies. Couldn't open the window!! Won't stay there again. Really poor value for money. They charge 4 star rates for a 2 star hotel."
