Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in process, good water pressure in the room and a truly excellent breakfast. For us, the location wasn't the most interesting but it had good transport links and I would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast ,the hotel was approximately 6 minute walk from the nearest station...if you are a light sleeper you will be awoken by the trains flying past the hotel .I was woken up 1 night by them and I'm a deep sleeper .

Fine hotel a short walk from the station “Zoologischer Garten” where there a great connections to the whole city including the airport. Kind and very helpful personal. Arrived earlier than check-in but got my room anyway. Got a room with right beside the elevator and with the railway running outside the windows. Despite that I wasn’t bothered by sound from either. Only bad thing was the bed. It was very hard and small, especially if you are more than one person.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the U‑Bahn station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, so it was easy to set yourself up for the day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but I rated the stay three stars because the breakfast staff were noticeably less welcoming. One lady in particular frequently raised her voice at guests who were in her way and seemed constantly irritated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. We stayed in a queen room with a balcony, which we appreciated because the rooms were very hot and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. The downside was the noise from the trains every few minutes, though we eventually got used to it — and with the windows closed, you don’t hear them. The room itself was spacious with a large walk‑in shower. The biggest disappointment was the bed. The mattress was extremely hard, and neither of us managed a restful night’s sleep; we both woke up stiff each morning. Overall: great location, good breakfast options, and a large room. If you like very firm mattresses, this hotel might suit you — but unless the mattress situation changes, we wouldn’t stay again, which is a pity.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Max. The location was perfect with U and S bahn stations all within a 10 min walk. A variety of restaurants are also within walking distance as is the main shopping street where KaDeWe is located. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food options, though the hot selection could offer something different daily. However, I would recommend this hotel as there were more positives than negatives.

Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast options were good. Only disappointment was the location of the room we were put in - we were on the second floor and our bedroom window was literally 20 feet from the railway tracks...and the trains are very regular!

Having stayed at other Hampton Hilton hotels I knew what to expect - a room with curtains that shut completely and a clean, modern, slight premium feel and a very good breakfast. With a comfortable sofa and a good range of TV channels, you can’t complain, it’s like a home away from home. The only improvement would be to put domes over the hot food in the breakfast hall so the scrambled eggs and such stay hot or warm.

The hotel is really in the center, and subway or stops are very close, and the room was comfortable and clean, but the mini fridge is missing in the room, and that's quite astonishing. Breakfast was good. For sure it is not like a Hilton.The staff are helpfull. The only bad thing I can say is the hotel is very close to the S-Bahn, and especially the twin rooms are looking that way and are loud.

Our first room was located right in front of the railroads outside. The noise from passing trains 24/7 was horrible and we had to change the room. The second one had an outdated bed which made sleeping painful. The hotel felt secure and was clean. The price for the breakfast didn't meet the quality of it.
