"Front desk staff rude with arrogant unprofessional, unhelpful attitude. First floor under massive renovation and unsafe conditions for guest access. Tarps not secured, live electrical wires hanging from ceiling, large open unattended ladders in hallway. Active construction during guest using hallway and elevator / egress. Hallways "

"$20 to park is too expensive and is a money grab. This should have been included in the price for a suburban hotel. The pool was a nice addition and our kids loved it. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. We only received 1 towel for showering (the pool has separate towels). I called the front desk and couldn’t get through. Starbucks is nice but the staff is very slow. There were 4 people in line and it took about 25 minutes to get a black coffee at 7am. People were loud in the hallways until about 1am. I’m not trying to confront people drinking in the hallways. Again, the front desk phone should be answered to resolve these types of things."

"I only stayed overnight, but I felt very comfortable. The man at the front desk made all the difference. He answered all my questions even with my accent. He very politely asked me to repeat (a few times ) but I did not feel annoyed. "

"I was overstimulated before i even finished checking in. Too much going on in the lobby. Between the dance parties and loud shows, the people trying to get wolf ears and take pictures at the fireplace and all the foot traffic that is forced through that area, as its the only way to get from rooms to activities. Every elevator was a fight with some guests getting very visibly irritable. Place was fairly clean considering the amount of guests and visitors. All staff was extremely friendly. Considering they work in such a highly stimulating environment. They nickle and dime you and could atleast include a free breakfast. I wont waste my money going back"

"The bed was clean, and so generally was the bathroom (tub was not clean), so kudos to the maid service. Ceiling in the room had two large water leak spots that had never been properly repaired. Tub was not clean. Stains on rug in front of door. General appearance of the room was not pleasant. Light over one side of bed didn't work. No switch even for light over toilet. The water out of the tap was gray, not clear and clean. Yuk. Had to go to a local store and buy water. Front wouldn't check me in even 5 minutes early. I had an appointment I had to get to, but wouldn't flex a single minute without fining me $35. Said he'd get in trouble with his boss. It was a needly annoyance. One night there was a party ALL NIGHT LONG in the room next to me: loud music and loud talking. Knocking on the wall obviously didn't help. I called the front desk, all they did was try to call the room; when that didn't work, they did nothing else. Didn't sleep most of the night. I was only 2 days. One of the days my key didn't work. Another annoyance. It turned out to be a lousy place to stay, though the bed was clean and bathroom mostly clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."
