"This was rustic, very cute place in the woods yet close to everything. You can tell the hosts care about the people staying and they take great care with the preparations for arrival. it really felt like a home away from home. Also perfect if you have a dog. Walks down the long driveway are very pleasant. I would stay again."

"I was not expecting the house to be as spacious as it appeared in the photos but it was surprisingly roomy! The location was close to shopping and major highways which made getting around easy!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a short trip to spend some time at lake Cayuga and go hiking. The space was comfortable, and clean. Great outside space, our dog loved watching the birds and deer come around. Kitchen is well supplied, which we took advantage of and cooked for ourselves. Easy quick drives to Ithaca, lake Cayuga, and multiple waterfall hikes. It was a very relaxing trip- just what we needed!! "

"City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back!"

"Check-in went through a little bit of difficulty as the door needed more push to open, but the host was fast to respond. Clean rooms and spacious space. LOVE the hot tub! Fun house for a night getaway trip around Ithaca"

"Rooms and beds are tiny. Owners keep toilet paper on ration so we had to buy our own. They said they would deliver but did 36 hours after they said they would. Owners were rude in follow up asking for a five star review. Literally sent a laughing emoji to my thoughtful private feedback. So now I’m making it public. 5 bedroom space with seating for 4 people in the living room. Good location and was clean. Just old and not a comfortable space. Some rooms hot and some freezing due to ancient HVAC....
