The Space:

🚗 With no-step entry, free parking, and a quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cornell, downtown Ithaca, and local attractions, it’s an ideal home base for a comfortable short stay.



✨ Although the studio is compact, every inch has been carefully designed to maximize comfort, functionality, and a sense of openness. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while a quiet, efficient air conditioning system keeps it comfortable year-round. Prefer fresh air? Simply open the windows and enjoy the breeze. 🍃



🛏️ The studio features a comfortable bed, a private entrance with no shared spaces, and a full private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. To create a more open feel, we chose a wall-mounted toilet and floating sink, giving the bathroom extra floor space without sacrificing comfort.



☕ Designed for short stays, the studio includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee and tea. While there isn’t a full kitchen or an in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll have everything you need to prepare breakfast, enjoy a hot drink, or reheat a meal after a day of exploring.
