"The front staff was so welcoming and were so efficient with checking in and out. They stored our luggage until check in as we were busy. Quiet clean room"

"Love the location and the history of the place. The bellhops and parking valet were just wonderful. I was put off when we asked for an early check in for our niece arriving the next day and the desk clerk found a room that was already cleaned and made the arrangement. She did n ot tell me that it would be an extra $25 which I found out when we checked our niece in. Too late! The ice machine on our floor 22 was broken so we had to go to the 17th floor for ice. Not horrible but inconvenient."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing. Did not expect that size and quality of selections and also well-organized and well-staffed. The rooftop lounge was beautiful and inviting. You can go there even if you don’t order anything but we enjoyed a dessert and drinks. The view was so cool with the see-through ledge you can walk onto. Perfect location to enjoy Magnificent Mile just down the street and so many other places to enjoy within walking distance. 100% recommend and will return!"

"We came up to the hotel because my daughter was having surgery at a nearby hospital. Javier & Richard we're amazing at the valet in front of the hotel. Javier took care of all of our needs even brought the luggage up to our room upon check in. Stephen took Amazing care of our family during our stay. We had to extend from one night to two, and even being sold out, they still found a way to accommodate our needs. Keith went through an itemized bill upon checkout. I cannot wait to visit this property in the future. A bonus, it's right over the harry potter store and has endless choices for shopping and food."
