This boutique accommodation is really well located close to the centre of Brescia and it has a lot of charm. The breakfast was fabulous and my room was great (very spacious, clean and well equipped.) The staff were also kind and helpful.

Very cute old building with concrete steps and a view of a bell tower. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff who will make recommendations and also move your bags up and down the stairs to your room if you need. Very close to the lake and ferry. Lovely cold aircon, new bathroom and comfortable bed.

We booked this hotel for a one night stopover but wish we'd stayed longer. The staff were excellent and very friendly, helping us find parking as there was an annual lake marathon on and the town was full. They even offered to move their own car to accomodate ours. It is a very short 2 minute walk to the lake and some nice pubs/eateries. The in house restaurant was exceptional and a great find. The room was clean and tidy making for a comfortable night.
