"The common areas are inviting and spacious, well maintained also.breakfast offerings were food and kept clean annd orderly. Our room was very nice. We left behind an item after checking out, front desk was very helpful, housekeeping staff that we encountered upon returning to the room (15 min after checkout) was rude and unhelpful."

"Yes to both. I asked and was allowed to borrow a blanket gor a worksjop i attended. Which was very helpful. Also i wad delighted to find ice cream available in the snack area when i returned in the evening. Great to have the microwave and the kurig in the room "

"We were there on a busy weekend and unfortunately the bar/restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening. The free breakfast was good, but the staff could not keep up on replacement of food items, napkins, plates, cups, etc. The workout room was large and had good equipment, but the equipment could use some cleaning. Be aware that the handicapped room has a smaller sized bed (double). The room was clean however it smelled like a combination of pot and dirty gym socks."

"My husband and I were going to Boston to the MGM Fenway theater for a show on Saturday evening. Same weekend the Boston Red Sox had a afternoon game, AND it was the Boston Marathon weekend. NO hotels available in Boston and if they were, they were over $500 a night. The Inn on Arsenal was the closest we could get to our venue. We were ready for terrible. The Inn was Amazing. The door to our room was only accessible after getting through a locked exterior door. The room was Immaculate. Our bedroom and the bathroom sterile. We didn't expect a little fridge and a new modern sink in the area outside the toilet and shower, all sparkling. All new vinyl flooring. Bed absolutely comfortable although not like a Marriott bed. Sheets pristine. So for more than 1`/2 the price, we will return. Parking free. Clerk super nice."
