Newly refurbished throughout including the room that we stayed in. Noisy streets all around - this is Benidorm. Loud music & singing and chanting & noisy people until 4.30am!

Bohemians visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Riudor from entering the hotel to handing in our key card at the end. The staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The girls in the restaurant cleaned everything away as soon as we were finish, the food we only had breakfast but good choice. The room wasn't the biggest but very comfortable and had 2 chairs which is unusual.

Hotel was modern and great location, had corner room at far side away from strip 316 so no noice. No noice from rooms next door or above was nice. Was great to get access to breakfast at 6am before transfer came, toast teas and fresh juice was available.

Great location, close to the party side of Benidorm. There was no hot water either morning of my stay regardless of waking at 6am or 10am. The staff were friendly & helpful. I’d rate this a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

We was full board and couldn’t believe there was no drinks included with meals. Not even water. Really let it down at meal times. The hotel was nice in a great location.

Nice but not 4star

This hotel is not a 4star hotel rooms are nice very noisey have to have balcony door shut to hear yourself talking pool area dont get much sun during the day nice bar areal & entertanment no curtisy or shower room room in hotel had a late flight so no where you could get showered reception said use pool shower which is not good for a 4star hotel other hotels in benidorm we stayed have rooms to shower very dissapointing would not use this hotel again

Value for money

We had a lovely time at the hotel, although we were out all the time, so only really had breakfast which was varied and plentyful, very friendly staff at breakfast and slept. The receptionist on our arrival was lovely as i phoned as i could not find the hotel and she directed us and she was just lovely and had a lovely smile each time and was helpful with everything we needed. On my second night after returning very late i asked for milk at reception as I wanted a cup of tea and was told i would have to wait till housekeeping arrives in the morning....this is the only hotel i have ever experienced this with....suggestion, have milk, sugar, tea and coffee available you are a 24hr hotel, thanks

Locked out if room

We had a fantastic stay until the morning we were leaving. Our card would not open the door for us so my niece went down to reception to find out why it didn’t work. In the meantime I was kindly let in by the cleaner, I am 71 yrs old and I think she felt sorry for.p me. The key still didn’t work so we had no electricity. Our check out time was 12pm so I don’t know why the key did not work

Great adult only hotel, great location, superb

Would highly recommend, friendly staff, good breakfast options, great dinner options but only starts at 6.30pm which was a bit late for us but ok. Chefs need thanking because food was excellent. But have to say, a lot of food wastage. Shower in room was temperamental in temperature so hot then cold quite a lot. Very comfy beds. Good english basic channels on tv. Pool nice and clean. During mealtime, one particular staff member was quite huff and puffy - not happy to work there (short blonde hair). During tea, had to pay for water which we felt wasn’t quite right. Good evening entertainment. Quiet enough rooms but we were on 7th floor. Good location - beach 5 min walk away. Good bars nearby. Had to wait a while for the elevators as only two. If we were to stay in benidorm again, we would choose old town BUT if new town, wed come to hotel riudor. Love the knowledge of no kids. Generally overall very friendly and great hotel.

Hotel propre, bien situé, très bon accueil, proche de tout ! : plein de pubs, quartier très animé, plein de commerces, à 5mn de la plage, plein de restaurants, sans oublier le programme d'activites dans l'hotel. Avec ma fille, nous avons passé une belle semaine. 3 fausses notes cependant : 1/les jus de fruits en poudre au petit-déjeuner buffet 2/ l'attitude de beaucoup de clients qui reservent les transats autour de la piscine en déposant leurs serviettes alors qu'il est clairement indiqué par la direction que c'est interdit ! 3/ les bavardages le matin de certaines femmes de menages dans les couloirs pendant que des clients dorment et des clients qui mettent leur télévision tres très fort hélas.

La habitación no está mal pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y no culpo a las chicas que demasiado hacen con la carga de trabajo a la que se les somete, el ruido de la calle no deja dormir; el parking te dicen que está en otro edificio a 300 m. cuando ya lo has pagado; la comida horrible y poca variedad, en el comedor no hay mesas reservadas para personas con movilidad reducida cuando por el contrario en todos los hoteles que he estado y han sido muchísimos las había; la piscina por su dimensión más bien parece para niños; los extranjeros hacen cola a la puerta de la piscina para coger hamacas que muchas te encuentras varias horas con las toallas puestas sin estar allí; las actuaciones están pensadas para el publico extranjero, los españoles preferimos más diversidad tanto en actuaciones como en repertorio porque son soporíferas. Lo único bueno, algunos/as camareros/eras y los cocktails que sí están buenos. Yo recortaría alguna estrella a este hotel, y los comentarios positivos seran porque no conocen muchos hoteles o porque su nivel de exigencia es demasiado bajo.
