Nice hotel poor management

Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will not use this hotel again because I feel my requests were ignored or I was hoodwinked .

Very friendly check in staff who helped us change our room to a lower floor and staff in restaurant were also very friendly and helpful both at breakfast and dinner. Hotel is ideally suited in the old town of Benidorm. Will definitely be back.

Excellent staff, room very clean. Location was perfect, right in the centre of Old Town. We booked half board which was great value for money but the dinner was very basic.

Excellent location, just around the corner to the beach. We stayed for a week and our room was cleaned every day plus clean towels daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again.

Nice hotel, good location.

A reasonable price for this recently refurbished hotel in the old town of Benidorm. It's in a pedestrianised area so you can't get dropped off at the front door, it's a 3/4 minute stroll on the flat or a taxi or bus. The seafront 2 mins from the hotel.and there are many bars and restaurants in the area around the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Obviously refurbished in the last few years. The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout. The breakfast was reasonable quality and there was a wide selection of items. There was a sun terrace on the roof and a.hot rub which there was an extra charge for, it wasnt being used on our stay. The only slight negatives which prevents me from giving a full top.score is the €10 charge to use the room safe for a week and the €6 charge to use the fridge in the room, very disappointing to expect to charge extra for these facilities in 2019! There is little.or no soundproofing and it can be quite noisy with furniture being moved around, children in the corridors and door banging closed, although there isn't a great deal the hotel can do about this due to the building design. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location

Amazing location 3 minutes to the beach .it has vast amounts of shops cafes and places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel. The food was interesting we had the half board an we were allowed to choose lunch or dinner with breakfast. They could add what's on the buffet at breakfast time so you know what's for lunch/ dinner. Food seems based towards Spanish customers but I tried most and found out I like calamari. Staff were brilliant

Great Hotel

Brilliant location right in the heart of the old town with shops restaurants and bars nearby. Not noisy at night. Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Breakfast very good. No complaints would definetly stay again and recommend

Central position in Old Town - majority of guests were Spanish or non-English speaking. Most Brits seemed to stay in hotels on the east side of town behind Levante Beach.

No me ha gustado nada pensión completa.

No creo que vuelva, sobre todo por el buffet lamentable. Nunca había estado en un hotel con las comidas tan cutres, helado líquido, piña pasada, variedad en nada. Resumiendo muy mal. Lo único que lo salva es la amabilidad del personal .

отель расположен в самом центре Бенидорма, в пешеходной зоне. Вокруг есть всё: магазины, кафе, рестораны, пляж, бары. Отель небольшой. Номера маленькие и большая часть с окнами во внутренний двор или в стену. Плохо убирают, но реагируют на замечания. Неплохой завтрак. Красивая терраса на крыше. Виден весь город и море. Отель подходит для поездке на несколько дней.
