"Lovely property that has been tastefully renovated over the past years. The gardens are beautiful and a lovely place to be on a sunny day. The hotel is small which gives it a very comfortable feel.
Service is a little haphazard. Lot of young staff that don’t have the experience to deliver the service you would associated with such a lovely traditional hotel. "

"Staff were very helpful, we had an incident with my lipstick on our bedroom carpet, the staff were amazing at sorting this out - unfortunately the carpet was probably the thing which let this stay down, as it was a bit worse for wear. However, the rest of the room and hotel was very nice. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice of both cold and hot food. "
"Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom well thought out. Nice sized basin, good sized shower with somewhere to put your toiletries. All staff very friendly and helpful. Hallways were very clean well vacuumed. Good amount of parking which was free always good. Only one thing I didn't like was the pillows, too small and not that comfy every thing else was brilliant would stay again good value for money it was cheaper than the premier Inn further down the road and a nicer hotel. Outside grassy area had a lot of cigarette butts which was unpleasant. Also outside seating on grass a few more options would be good. Most of the seats were really low.
