Riande Urban Hotel

"I had a solo trip to Panama and stayed at the Riande Urban Hotel. I recently went to Panama in September 2025 and stayed at another hotel but decided to stay somewhere else (even though I had a good time at my past hotel). When I first arrived at the Riande, I did not receive a warm greeting initially. The concierge was not warm nor did she smile to me as I waited to be checked in. As I waited to be checked in, there were 2 front desk agents and one was assisting someone else checking in. The other gentlemen walked away from desk and in passing me did not smile or greet me. I was turned off from that. I also did not have a pleasant encounter at the restaurant with one of the staff. Even though the breakfast was included, I opted to eat elsewhere for the duration of my visit. The hotel is nearby other local shops and restaurants and not far from the main tourist areas. The accommodations at the hotel was ok, but I don't see me staying there for my next trip to Panama. 6.5 out of 10"
