"The hotel was decent however breakfast was very limited, first come first serve and not many options. The pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaned more often we barely got to use those amenities because of how filthy it was. The couch in our room was broken so we avoided using the seating area in or suite. Overall nice vibe most of the staff was friendly. Quiet area, older crowd, hotel amenities could be better but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. "

"Lots of walking distance shops nearby. Very nice pool and bar areas with very accommodating staff.The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing almost like it’s being slammed, can be jarring when your in your room and your neighbors don’t close the door gently. I was able to get my room changed but the walls are very thin you can hear conversations next door as well as music playing, a machine humming noise coming from the vent system as well . I cut my trip short because of being uncomfortable in the room when trying to relax . I am still trying to see if I could get reimbursed for the days unused with no success so far. "

"During our 8-day stay, the room had a strong moldy smell, as if it had been unoccupied for a long time. While the odor did lessen over time, it remained unpleasant throughout the entire stay. Additionally, the pool area is quite small relative to the number of guests. It was often difficult to find available lounge chairs, and the area tended to be crowded and noisy. The elevator is also small and often crowded, which added to the inconvenience. The staff was not particularly helpful during our stay. I also had a haircut at the hotel salon, and the result was very disappointing. Given these issues, I am unsure how this property qualifies as a five-star hotel. "

"The windows and walls of the hotel are green with mold. The separation between one room to the other is paper thin - I could hear the couple next door going at it. The bathroom shower flooded with ease. The vinyl wood floors were coming off from humidity. There were no amenities (no hand towel, no soap, no hair dryer). Seemed to be an hourly hotel for unassuming couples."
