"Beautiful property, clean and excellent service from staff."

"The hotel is very nice, clean, and well located. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra weeks. The only unusual issue we experienced was that our room lost electricity for a period of time due to a technical problem that could not be clearly explained. Fortunately, the staff did their best to assist us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider returning."

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"This hotel is exactly what I've been looking for! Just 90 minutes from Medellín on a great road, it's the perfect quick escape. ​I went just myself for a night to relax. I felt incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. The staff and managers were super accommodating (and wonderful with my two small dogs!). "This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! "
