Ideal for a good value overnight stop. Basic but very clean and a comfortable bed. Good breakfast at a very reasonable price too. What more do you need?

There was some type of party in the hallway. The rooms are so small the bathroom felt like an airplane bathroom. For the price we paid I can’t expect much more, but a peaceful night sleep did not happen. The receptionist was lovely and helpful.

Decent for the price.
We arrived late with a reservation, but no booking number with the hotel so we had to call the nigh-guard. He was great! He checked us in and 10 minutes later we were in the room. This hotel has FREE CHARGING of electric cars so thats awesome. Cleaning ladies very loud in the morning so you defenitly wake up from that if you are not up early yourself to travel north or south.

There was a problem with the drains and the stench in our room was beyond comprehension. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

The hotel is ideally situated for travellers, and we have used it since it first opened. The only thing lacking, is they don't do evening meals, this is not a criticism. The staff are good and friendly and the breakfast good and well priced for value.

Good stopover
The hotel is a short distance from the motorway and a convenient stopover on the way south. The hotel us still quite new and has a pleasant ambience. The receptionist was pleasant and spoke reasonable English. The room was clean and we both slept well. The breakfast was typically French and reasonable value. The only dislikeable thing was the sweaty mattress cover.

Decent, basic accommodation priced accordingly
Hotel is a modern functional overnight stop over facility. No one was around when we arrived, but there is an easy to use entry/key issue system. Later, the gentlemen on reception was very helpful providing directions and restaurant recommendations. The room was compact and functional - basic with no frills. Hotel is situated about 10 mins by car and a 30 minute walk to the beautiful city which is well worth a few hours. Overall I would say the hotel represents decent value for money - basic, clean accommodation at the lower end of the price bracket.

It was the first time we used self checkin. A very interesting experience. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely woman who gave us recommendations on how to get into town as well as where to eat.

Basic value hotel for families
Our stay here was very pleasant and comfortable. We had all we needed either in the hotel or just nearby. Will stay again if we are passing through again.

Great price/more than adequate room.
Very new facility. Immaculate. Excellent service at front desk with English speakers. Easy parking. Very close to Carrefour Supermarket with cheap fuel and lots of food selections. McDonalds 5 minutes away. As is Subway. Extensive use of the color Blue in the decor. Got the job done at a fine price.

We had a great time staying at Coto Hotel. Is well located and a short walk to the centre of Beanue. The hotel itself was clean and rooms were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was just what we needed. So overall I would recommend

Great room layout for families
We were really pleased with the family room spacious and good to have sectioned off sleeping areas (adults & children separated by a recess) and 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs! Beds were comfy. Good location too near lots of restaurants and easy access from the motorway. The only negative is that our air con unit was leaking which we thought was dangerous and we didn't realise this until reception was closed. Therefore it was a hot night as we didn't feel able to keep it on plus the noise of the dripping was irritating. But the lady apologised the next morning and said she would get it fixed. Overall good value and would stay here again.

Affordable, clean, excellent staff!
The units are rather small but for the price, you can't go wrong. We are a group of 10 people, traveling from Greece to Italy to Spain, then France- Paris to Beaunne to attend a wedding, all our prior hotels are over $250 per night until we settled on our final 4 days in Beaunne to attend a wedding close by. We were skeptical about the hotel for the price we paid but were pleasantly surprise how clean the units were and very pleasant receptionist greeted us.

Disappointing
Noisy room right by front door, so heard people coming in all night. Then there was a constant noise all night from some machine, not in our room, but it was awful. Location unappealing in a trading estate.
