"This was our 2 nd trip there since they opened this year. Everything was 100% perfect The breakfast was amazing. Pancakes , eggs bagels fresh fruit yogurt bar and Oatmeal bar. The rooms have k cup coffee machines and bed are very comfortable beds. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied. also hand soap and lotion in dispensers. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We found what looked like a cockroach running across the floor. Also, we had gone out for a couple of hours and came back to the on duty person coming out of our room. Not likely to stay again."

"I can’t imagine being able to enjoy Ocracoke to the fullest without renting this lovely cottage. My husband and I loved sitting on the private beach area behind the house, with its clear, shallow water, each day. We would collect beautiful shells out of the water -which were always already claimed by little hermit crabs. We’d each pick three and set them on the beach and then laugh our heads off to see who’s racers made it back into the water first! We are easily entertained. . Then we’d ride our rented golf cart all over the island -everything so easily assessable. We had to drive our regular car to get to various large beaches but that was always fun, too. This house is in the absolute perfect location to enjoy everything. Debbie is quick to respond and so kind. I can not recommend this place more. We loved every inch of it."

"My room was not ready when I arrived. The room was not made up or cleaned. Bed had been slept in and unmade, trash in the trash cans, debris and garbage on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. The manager on duty told me that they had one of their cleaners called in sick or did not show. Staff was very nice, helpful, and apologetic. There is a grocery store / hardware store nearby and across the street with all your needs and a pub just down the road. Parking was ample for our stay."

"Summer Breeze is a great location, just off of Back Rd and within walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. The cottage has a cute interior and is perfect for a couple with a pet. Janille and George are very responsive when and if questions arise. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider this cottage (or its "twin") for any future trip to Ocracoke!"
