Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. What made this stay unforgettable was the overall experience from the serene surroundings to the level of service, it exceeded our expectations in every way. "We were a group of 10. We want to thank much Miss Rania Emad for her hard work and support for us to make our vacation excellent. She was following with us everyday to solve any problem with the hotel. The property and facilities were very good. The staff were very polite, friendly, helpful and supportive. The food was great, huge varieties and was delicious. The pools and the beach were amazing. The rooms were very clean. The only comment that we had, the Room Service response was slow."

"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish and seafood. "
