Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem schönen Strand. Schnorcheln ist in Strandnähe möglich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr ruhig und eignet sich ideal zum erholen. Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Sauberkeit der Anlage ist sehr gut.

Ein traumhaftes Hotel für Erwachsene

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in diesem kleinen Resort richtig. Es gibt keine Animation, keine Strandverkäufer, keine Kinder und hauptsächlich Gäste aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Auf der einen Seite sind die beiden Schwesterhotels, deren Einrichtungen (zB. Fitnessraum, Spa, Restaurant, Bar) von den Gästen des Prestige mitbenutzt werden können. Auf der anderen Seite ist eine Kite-Station und Wüste. Also wirklich ruhig. Von allen Mitarbeitern wird man von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise aufmerksam, freundlich und unaufdringlich umsorgt. Fragen, Wünsche oder Probleme kann man jederzeit äußern und diese werden (nach Möglichkeit) umgehend beantwortet, erfüllt bzw. behoben.

Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Hier kann man wunderbar Relaxen und Ausspannen. Eine zauberhafte, kleine Hotelanlage ohne Kinder und Animation. Die Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter sind Weltklasse. Extrawünsche werden sehr gerne erfüllt, und falls es doch einmal ein Problem gibt, wird dieses auch umgehend behoben.

Friendly and professional

This is a small, low-rise luxury hotel with a private beach area. Rooms are large, well equipped and, I think, all have sea views. The hotel caters for adults only and has a relaxed feel with friendly and attentive staff. I stayed on an all inclusive basis and the standard of service and food was high. Hazem on reception was especially attentive to guests ensuring that all their needs were being met while at the hotel. I used the transfer service arranged by the hotel (from Hurghada) which at 35 Euro for a return journey, seemed good value. I chose the hotel because of the good reviews and because there is a kite station adjacent, although I ended up using Tornado surf's kite boat service (also excellent) in the end and didn't kite off the beach. I'd highly recommend this hotel based on my stay for one week in September 2017.

Ruhig, deutschsprachig, serviceorientiert.

Wir reisen aufgrund der Nähe zum Kitestrand in dieses Hotel und freuen uns immer wieder dorthin zu kommen. Zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Qualität der Verpflegung, große und saubere Zimmer - mehr brauchen und erwarten wir nicht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Preise sind in den letzten Jahren stark angestiegen.
