"Very clean stay at a very nice property! Very safe area, brisk walk (about 16min but can walk along the water!) to Old Town Kotor. However, if you are bringing kids/require bathroom accessibility, I would suggest booking elsewhere. The bathroom is extremely small and water ends up covering the entire floor after a shower. Overall this is an amazing apartment and a nice place for a weekend getaway!"

"Lovely little hotel, felt really intimate and unique, with nice stone walls and interesting decor. The main guy on reception - whose name I'm ashamed to have forgotten but he lives 50m down the road from the hotel - was absolutely brilliant, his English was excellent and he served as more of a concierge than a receptionist. He was very knowledgeable and we had a great chat on our last night. All other staff were friendly as well. A la carte breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit and yoghurt also provided, and you can enjoy great views as you take it out on the private lakefront terrace, from which you can also take a swim in the lake and make use of the complimentary towels and blankets in reception. The room was cosy, with a very powerful shower, comfortable bed, and an AC unit. Not completely soundproofed, but we didn't find that a problem. Wi-fi was not very good, which wasn't a problem for us as I got an eSim for the trip, and the 4/5G is excellent throughout the country. If renting a car, there should be ample parking spaces, even if you can't get a space right out front. I would mention that the road leading up to the hotel is a nightmare to drive on, if there are cars (or god forbid a bus!) coming the other way it can be very stressful, to the point where I refused to drive the next day, instead opting for the hour long walk into Kotor Old Town"

"This property has a great location. The furnishing/linens are "tired" and could use a refresh. Positives...effective air conditioning, location, dock on sea (not private), pool. Improvements: check-in (difficult to locate on one way street) Lightbulbs burned out, kitchen exterior door would not lock. All in all a very utilitarian property, but could use some attention at this price point."

"Location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was as advertised and it was great having a place to relax each night that included a balcony, sofa/TV area, and kitchenette. Staff were very nice. Parking was a little tight and the pool was exceptionally tiny. We did have difficulty finding the place as Google Maps sent us in the wrong direction. It is hidden away at the end of a street and easy to miss if you don't know it is there."

"Vera and Susanna made us feel at home. Nothing was too much to ask. Rada in the kitchen made us eggs to order and was so friendly and polite. Our room had views over the sea with a balcony where we had dinner and drinks at sunset. Pool area is small but convenient. Location wise it was in Dobrota, about 30 mins to Kotor old town but literally 20 seconds walk to the sea, also, plenty of restaurants with views and shops. We are glad we stayed in this area as Kotor old town can be hectic and too loud. Whereas here, it's peaceful but still plenty of good places to go, and it's a nice walk to Kotor along the seafront if you want to go to the old town. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially because of the staff. Thanks again for making our holidays amazing."

"The balcony is absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time either swimming right outside the apartment or on the balcony. We loved watching boats and cruise ships coming and going. The neighborhood is wonderful. Good restaurants, shops and bakery all easy to get to. The house is clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave! We will be back. The check in process is easy if you read the instructions. Parking spot was very handy. One recommendation is that if you’re going to drive, get the smallest car you can. The road around Kotor bay should be one way but is for two. Lots of close calls!"
