A great view from the apartment. You will definitely want a car due to the steep road you have to go up to get there. There is a pool at the property, but be careful the tile is very slick by the pool.

Fantastic views

Fantastic views of the bay from the apartment. Modern decor done to a high standard. Excellent facilities. Good communication from the host. The apartment is about 20 mins out from Kotor but there are decent local restaurants along the costal road and the more peaceful location and views make it worth it.

Beautiful view confusing directions

The views is awesome. The area is quiet and the place is spotless. The directions was confusing and I will never stay at a location that does not pay the taxes on your behalf again as it was inconvenient and wasted my time trying to locate the place to pay the taxes. Other locations take a picture of your passport and submit on your behalf.

We had a great week in Prcanj. The apartment is very spacious and the facilities etc. in the apartment are very good, TV, kitchen well equipped and so on. Communication was very good and Marina was very helpful. The pool was working when we arrived but this was fixed without any issues. The access up the lane is tricky especially if the weather is wet and I’m glad we had a medium sized car because parking is a bit tight but the views are worth the effort ! Overall a great stay.

Great stay in Prcanj

Really enjoyed staying at Mahmoud’s property. The view was even better than the pictures. Apartment was just as advertised in the pictures/description. Easy check in/check out. Highly recommend.

Spectacular view!

Lovely apartment outside of Kotor. It would be a long walk into Kotor, but could be done with more time. Very scenic area, and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships enter the harbor each morning. The master bed was very comfortable, however our friends complained about the mattress on the other beds. Sparkling clean, nice deck, modern furnishings, and an amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay here. The best views you will ever get. Two large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has a bath tub with shower but I is really hard to get into as it is so close to the toilet. Finding it is the main problem as it is straight up a very narrow road. You feel like you are going for ever. You drive past Kotor past Prcanj village and it is on the left hand side of the road, there is a garbage can at the bottom on the right of driveway. The blue sign on the wall says Ulica Sarena Gomila then drive up the road 500 m or so to POD Batun, it is the 2nd building down on left, last garage before entrance, go up the stairs go left past pool and up the stairs on left and straight back. Unless you are hail and hardy you will not be walking down the hill and easily.
