"Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The castle wall is just outside the window so shades were normally closed. Front staff was great, would great you when you arrived and “have a nice day” as you exited. Breakfast was marginal. Order off a menu without a clear description of what you are ordering. Restaurant staff was un attentive, typical for the Balkans, however more so at this location, we sat and listened to a heated discussion between two employees one morning, who knows what it was about. Also, all the goods for the restaurant get delivered in the morning… through the restaurant."

"Super romantic - within the walls of the old city and up a small staircase. Very easy access to the gate to go up to the castle and within just a few minutes walk to the city gates. Quiet. Gorgeous. Great service! "
